I joined Chester Racecourse in 2005 as an Events Co-ordinator for Heathcotes, who were at the time the contracted catering service partner. In 2009 the racecourse took the decision to operate the catering as one of their own brands, Horseradish, and I transferred to Horseradish in the role of Senior Events Co-ordinator. I have since been promoted to the position of Sales Manager for Horseradish, leading the Events & Hospitality Sales team in delivering the highest levels of customer care Horseradish services have grown to include full facility management, including Chester Town Hall and creative catering solutions for the RHS Tatton,RHS Chatsworth and Wales Rally GB.
