1. Training Program Specialist

   Insperity

   May 2017 — Present

   Responsible for coordination and logistics of the Certified Business Performance Advisor program, our District Managers Training Workshops, and our District Administrators Orientation Workshops. I am also the lead tour guide for Insperity campus tours for the Sales Operations Department. For our certification program, I work closely with Insperity\'s Business Performance Advisors and the University of Houston, to help certify our BPAs to become more successful advisors in their communities, to help their clients succeed, so communities prosper. Responsible for coordination of all pre-work, post-work, exams, and collaborate with UH professors on class logistics for certification program. For our District Manager and District Administrator Workshops, I work closely with our team members on the operations and logistics of the program. I am responsible for coordinating rosters with my Sales Performance Improvement colleagues, booking hotel rooms, travel logistics of all class participants, working with caterers to coordinate meals, and preparation of all class materials. I also collaborate with our trainers on day of execution for each workshop.I also lead tours of our Insperity campus for all new Business Performance Advisors, District Administrators, and University of Houston student groups. I provide history of the company, knowledgeable facts about each department, and share what makes Insperity a great place to work and partner with.
