Objectives1. Local Team Management :Supervise and manage a team of On-Site Concierges in the assigned area.Ensure team members are well-trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver high-quality service.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback2. Client Experience Management :Ensure a smooth and personalized client experience from arrival to departure.Monitor the quality of on-site concierge services to ensure they meet Le Collectionist\'s brand standards.Handle client feedback and implement continuous improvements based on Net Promoter Scores (NPS).3. Operational Coordination and Concierge Request Management During Stay :Oversee property preparations before client arrivals, ensuring they meet brand standards.Coordinate with the Pre-Arrival team to ensure On-Site Concierges have all necessary information.Manage the planning and execution of check-ins, check-outs, and on-site requests.Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of property issues or emergencies.Respond to client concierge requests throughout their stay, offering personalized additional services.Manage billing for additional services provided during the stay with support from the Pre-Arrival team.4. Stock and Supplies Management :Ensure On-Site Concierges have necessary supplies, including welcome gifts, linens, and more.Proactively manage stock levels and coordinate replenishments as needed.5. Relationship Management :Establish and maintain relationships with local partners to ensure quality services for clients.Serve as the point of contact for property owners in the region.6. Conflict Resolution :Manage conflicts or disagreements involving clients, property owners, or service providers.Act as a mediator and resolve issues professionally, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
