I spearhead strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance community partnerships, and elevate our impact on youth.Key Achievements: • Team Leadership: Successfully managed and motivated a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Together, we consistently meet and exceed organizational goals, resulting in a balanced organizational budget for the first time in several years. • Volunteer Engagement: Revitalized our volunteer engagement strategy, creating new pathways for community involvement. Launched initiatives that not only increased volunteer numbers by but also deepened their commitment to our mission, enhancing overall program delivery. • Strategic Fundraising: Developed and executed comprehensive fundraising campaigns, securing vital resources to support youth programs totaling over $1.6MM for FY24. This included establishing new donor relationships and enhancing existing partnerships. • Community Outreach: Strengthened community ties through targeted outreach efforts, raising awareness about the challenges youth face and the support we offer. This resulted in increased community participation and a more robust support network for our programs.I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and believe that through teamwork and innovation, we can create lasting change.
