I help Corporate Organizations decode and shape their future. The world is constantly changing and as a nomadic worker, I am constantly on the move, observing and tracking innovative concepts and emerging trends and watching for signals. Our society is adapting fast to new ways of living, consuming and working. The rise of a hybrid workforce and virtual workplaces with new ways of working, the transformation of workplaces through human experience, and the upcoming of regenerative environments - these waves of transformation are impacting everyone and everything around us from how we think about business and people management, to how we design buildings and the spaces, and to how we consume and experience our world. I lead global research programs to be at the forefront of the transformation of our world. I get to help make work the right thing to do, and spaces the right place for people to be and living the most responsible. My global research projects help the largest companies in the world make property and workplace decisions that safeguard against disruption, drive innovation, and win the war for talent. I am one of the most recognized world Thought Leader on the Future of Work, with a significant track record of research hybrid work, workplace technologies, workforce dynamics, responsible real estate, human experience, resilience.
