Assist CFO and CEO with daily operations and long term company goal setting and planning- First point of reference for all New Agents, answers any and all questions agents may have- Create and Manage all social media posts across all company profiles- Conduct New Agent Onboarding Appointments using the New Agent 30-60-90-day plan (meets with agents frequently and keeps them accountable during the first 90 days of joining)- Assist agents with 1 on 1 technology appointments (DocuSign, contacts input, intro to CRM, opportunities & commissions)- Create and manage office training and events calendar by coordinating with top producing agents and outside vendors to plan classes that add value to the agent experience and education - Assist agents with any other 1 on 1 help they may need (business card/flyer designs, business planning, marketing, listing input to MLS, questions on forms/deals, etc.)· Assist agents with any and all walk-in help (inputting paperwork into the system, technology, listing input, etc.)· Coordinate with the Leadership team to help plan Agent events (Halloween party, Holiday party, movie nights, etc.)· Contributes to Agent retention by having a minimum of 10 conversations a day about business, personal life, etc- Assist agents in the building, creation, and upkeep of their marketing across all social platforms and through print marketing- Teach classes on CRM Technology and Marketing- Troubleshoot Technology issues for the agents and at the office level
