Full Cycle Recruitment: Recruit potential of all levels of administration and encompassing every stage of hiring and onboarding process. •Manages and leads a team of employees: Communicates company goals and deadlines. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. •Business Development: B2B sales in current market to build a strong network of prospects in sales territory. Work with other business units within Roth Staffing to ensure all service offerings are being introduced to the prospective clients. •Account Management: Record all business activity including contacts, new business opportunities, existing business changes, and customer requests in our Client Tracking system. •Negotiation: Quickly gain the confidence of stakeholders and negotiate contract terms. •Customer Service: Anticipate, discover, and work to exceed all customer expectations; Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
