ABOUT MARIELLE MOUYON

Back in secondary school I decided on my career, Chemistry: I wanted to “clean the world”. Strong technically, passionate and knowledgeable about base oil and lubricant, I then directed my energy toward waste management (oil & plastic).I held a variety of positions from Manufacturing to customer facing, from Technology to product specialist, as well as Consultancy, resulting in a sound understanding of lubricant end to end process & network.I have always aspired to become a subject matter expert, and one constant throughout my 15 years of experience has been my willingness to help people. My strengths in building effective relationships with stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service led me to explore the construction and ceiling industry for a time, where I discovered a new field and contributed with a strong work ethic and a fresh, “outside-the-box” perspective.I am now back in the petroleum industry, focusing on nanofiltration solutions that help improve the environment by reducing waste oil and lowering emissions.Key skills and strengths:• Adaptability – proven by successful projects managed in various businesses, countries & companies• Authenticity - demonstrates interest in people and connects with them naturally• Collaboration – customer facing experience and used to work in multicultural/virtual environment• Performance – Multitasking, very precise, with good organisation and communication skills, and a logical, analytical and systematic way of thinking• Computer literate – Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce and QuickBooks
