My work and education are intentionally aligned around cybersecurity governance, risk management, and leadership at scale.I currently serve as an Information System Security Manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, overseeing the cybersecurity posture of classified systems supporting advanced defense and intelligence programs. My role centers on risk-based decision-making, governance, audit readiness, and translating technical complexity into clear, actionable guidance for senior leaders and cross-functional teams. I hold an active Top Secret clearance and maintain Security+ and CISM certifications.My leadership style is grounded in ownership, trust, and accountability.    Currently serve as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) supporting classified systems within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Tactical Systems Division. I lead efforts to maintain the security posture of systems supporting 7+ national defense subprograms, ensuring alignment with NIST RMF, DoD cybersecurity regulations, and mission requirements.Key responsibilities include- Overseeing system authorization and reauthorization packages, including RMF documentation and security controls assessments- Managing continuous monitoring activities, including audit log reviews, POA & Ms, and security incident reporting- Coordinating with system administrators, program managers, and ISSOs to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation- Supporting security training initiatives and user awareness campaigns across multiple programs- Driving process improvements to streamline documentation, compliance tracking, and internal reporting.My focus is on building strong cross-functional partnerships, maintaining mission assurance, and continuously improving our cybersecurity capabilities in support of national security.
