A Payments Professional with over 20 years\' tenure in Payments. Held roles across the Industry in Card Issuing, Card Acquiring, Network businesses in Cards and A2A & Real time payments. Proven track record in roles such as Market Strategy and Go to market planning, Transformation, Strategic Program Management, Product Delivery, Technology Account Management & Testing Consulting.Previously have led large scale & complex deliveries in Real Time Payments at Market level. Also led Platform strategic platform migrations and multiple first time product launches which were more complex, unknown. In UK & Ireland roles, have led Tokenisation based implementations with Banks and Fintechs through API integration. Experience gained in Cloud migration, Software delivery in payments during a transition to newer technology and build out of a Product Delivery function and development of new agile ways of working in order to ensure business outcomes better aligned with the objectives. Also held a key role in Onboarding optimisation bringing 6 years of experience of API integrations to this central role. Passionate about Digital Transformation and Design thinking - getting it right from the very beginning with a clear vision & strategy and with the customer needs at the forefront is key. Have garnered a deep understanding of the Payments ecosystem, the changing landscape of players, the evolving trends (technological, societal, behavioural and global economic) which are shaping the future of the Industry and how organisations need to pivot in order to ensure their success in the longer term.
