In a world drowning in tools, frameworks, and pressure to “go digital” I believe the real innovation is simplicity.I grew up in Buenos Aires, where simplicity belongs to our culture.In Spain, I fell in love with design: quiet, intentional, powerful.And in Germany, I embraced structure that turn ideas into reality.These three worlds shaped my perspective:Sustainability shouldn’t be a burden. Digitalization shouldn’t create confusion.That’s why I founded @marielgutierrez.Because I saw too many teams stuck in complexity, overwhelmed by rigid systems and unsure where to start.And I knew that the answer wasn’t more software or more rules.I build a bridge between vision and execution, chaos and order, ambition and responsibility.A way to guide teams with simple, human-centered strategies that reconnect people with purpose, and ideas with impact.As Principal Architect & BIM Strategist, I don’t take over.I give control back. Through structure, focus, and a deep understanding of how to make sustainability and digital planning work together.
