ABOUT MARIE LECHTENBERG

Someone once called me \"a firefighter, an architect, and a creative studio all in one\". That probably describes how I approach my work and communication: with structure, creativity, and a readiness to jump in where it matters.From exploring alternative fuels in the cement industry to embracing the fast-paced startup world, and now shaping digital & brand communications at BASF Coatings, every step in my career has been about growth, curiosity, and stepping beyond my comfort zone - I thrive when things are evolving. I value the experiences I have gained and the teams I have been a part of. My motto is to approach every challenge with openness and curiosity, because courage follows naturally. Strategic thinking helps me connect the dots and to see the bigger picture in everything I do. Gender equality, embracing fresh ideas, and creating meaningful connections are my passion. Co-founding the \"Tech-Kalinen Netzwerk\" for women in technologial professions in our region and serving as a jury member for the Exist Women Stipendium have been highlights of my journey. Being part of the Marketing Club Münster Osnabrück has also been rewarding, where the exchange of ideas with professionals from different backgrounds keeps me inspired.
