I\'m a strategic operations leader with 10+ years of experience driving organizational impact through thoughtful planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. I currently serve as Chief of Staff at OnYourMark, an organization focused on expanding access to high-quality, early literacy tutoring. In this role, I partner with the CEO to align priorities, streamline operations, and lead strategic initiatives that fuel growth and innovation. My background spans school-based leadership and network-level operations. At UP Education Network, I served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Operations, where I led critical projects and managed teams across family engagement, enrollment, budgeting, and day-to-day school operations. Prior to that, I held operational roles at Achievement First and began my career in the classroom as a 1st grade ESL teacher—experiences that ground my work in equity, empathy and impact. I\'m especially excited about opportunities to collaborate at the intersection of education, technology, and social impact— alongside others who are building sustainable, people-centered solutions.
