UPS is a university with students. I am with the Mechatronics department and the research group GIDTEC. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, my duties are, but not limited to: • Researcher of more than 10 multidisciplinary academic and industrial projects related to fault diagnosis of industrial processes based on machine learning (ML).• Leader of the research project \"Fault severity diagnosis in gearboxes based on the estimated load torque signal by using mathematical models.• Coordinator of the international project \"Data-driven Anomaly Detectors for Time Series Data and Big Data\"• Supervisor of research activities related to ML applied on fault detection projects.Main industrial technology transfer projects are: • Mobile robotic device for supervising sewer pipelines for the drinking water department of the Cañar municipality.• Artificial intelligence trainer to advanced predictive analysis and data certification with blockchain on IIoT Platforms. • Incipient fault detection system of the mill presses bearing section of CARTOPEL by using intelligent monitoring of vibration signal, to improve the downtime due to unexpected failures in the press.I have been recognized with awards: 2024 Atenea Award, issued by SENESCYT, Ecuador.2021 Best collaboration Industry-Academy, issued by the Ecuadorian Corporation for Research and Academy Development (CEDIA).Industry Solutions 2021, issued by Industrial Engineering and Operations Management International Society. I was also recognized in rankings such as: 20••••24 Stanford University Ranking World\'s Top 2% Scientists.2022 Edition of 50 Women in Robotics you need to know about, issued by Robohub.
