About Mariel Stotts

I believe that happy, supported people do great work. My professional goal is to create a work environment that facilitates success for team members as well as the organization. Outside of work I’m passionate about empowering women and children, advocating for public education and environmental conservation — and sharing all of those passions with my family and friends. I have previous experience as an art educator and curriculum writer. During my two-years of service with the U.S. Peace Corps, I gained experience in grant-writing, community project management, and event management experience.I have always enjoyed volunteering my time with local and national organizations such as the League of Women Voters, Kiva.org, the Empty Bowl Project, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Coats for Kids, Nobelity Project, HAAM and more. I am using the knowledge I have gained through these experiences to continue learning while doing my part to promote positive change.
