Provide project and communications support to Directors of Development, including: phone support, database entry and prospect management, agenda creation and calendar coordination, and more. • Draft and edit written materials on behalf of the Foundation, Directors of Development, and physicians, including: meeting briefings, proposals for gift solicitation, Foundation communications, and gift acknowledgements. • Keep track of and compose a portfolio of annual grant submissions and reports. • Manage stewardship moves for Directors of Development including donor signage. • Create and implement thank you call process on a weekly basis for Foundation donors. • Compose impactful donor stories for communications efforts; post on social media. • Assist with the execution of events, both in-person and virtual. • Communicate with high-level donors, patients, physicians, visitors, department leadership, administrators, and professional colleagues over the phone, in writing, and in person. • Manage restricted funds and budget projects as directed by Directors of Development and Vice President; enhance reimbursement process to make it more efficient. • Serve as back-up gift processor and have a general understanding of how to process and deposit gifts. • Manage Feed the Frontline initiative throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond; to date have coordinated the delivery of over 42K meals to hospital staff through logistical planning with vendors, donors and department heads. • Participate in ongoing trainings offered through the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine for Development and Alumni Relations; partake in Sprint Team helping to implement and create new CRM platform for all Johns Hopkins entities.
