Demonstrated versatility and flexibility in this role where I was brought in to develop a long term advanced recycling technology portfolio strategy and stepped in to lead troubleshooting of a first-of-its-kind advanced recycling unit. Leveraged manufacturing support, engineering fundamentals, and problem solving skills to not only improve unit performance by over 250%, but also implement low-cost-impact, high-production-impact changes to future units.Collaborated with ExxonMobil Research to develop and evaluate over 50 new technology options to integrate into existing facilities. Lead options were recommended to EM executive leaders in order to drive a disciplined approach to long-term technology development and ultimately profitable technology solutions.
