I am a Leadership Development and Talent Management Leader with 15+ years of experience leading process and program planning and implementation efforts to drive organizational success. As a trusted partner and team player, I have had success in collaborating with HR partners and key stakeholders to coordinate and carryout companywide projects. I have participated in various strategic planning and implementation initiatives in areas including, mid-year talent reviews, succession planning, year-end performance management processes, and employee assessments. In addition, I’ve created and established global strategies, programs, and offerings around talent development, diversity and inclusion, client communications, coaching, and employee engagement.
