I’m happiest living at the intersection of design and manufacturing, bringing up a factory or building something. I\'m a materials & process engineer by training, a battery engineer by trade, a manufacturing leader by passion and a mechanical engineer when necessary. I do what I say I will do, when it needs to be done, with transparency. I\'ve seen and used the power of grit, efficiency and teamwork to do what many have said is impossible.As an engineering director with over 15 years of experience, I love quickly solving problems to drive progress. I use data to improve reliability, define processes and build infrastructure to enhance manufacturing performance and manage test data. I lead teams passionate about evolving technology, optimizing production environments, and ensuring device quality. Through collaboration with engineers, scientists, and technicians, I translate complex ideas into actionable steps and align product capabilities with market demands.
