Provide portfolio level leadership and accountability for development and delivery of large utility-scale generation capital projects, currently executing a $5B five year investment plan across multiple sites and jurisdictions to include wind, solar, battery, combustion turbine generation and associated infrastructure for interconnection.• Change champion for enterprise capital execution transformation, including separation of base and major projects, establishment of the Major Projects Group for Fixed Assets, implementation of EPC delivery strategies, and development of standardized project processes to align various business units.• Establish and enforce end to end construction governance across all MPG FA stage gate phases (Initiation through Closeout), with accountability for early stage scope definition, estimating, risk management, financial approvals (IRC/FC), and responsibility for later-stage contractor oversight, change control, construction execution, commissioning, and final turnover to Operations.• Develop and lead high performing team of project managers, setting clear accountability and execution standards while fostering a culture of safety excellence, disciplined delivery, continuous improvement, and readiness for large, complex generation portfolios. • Coordinate closely with plant operations, generation development, engineering, environmental, finance, legal, land/right of way, transmission, substations, IT, commercial operations, regulatory, executive stakeholders, external EPC partners, and state and local regulators, including the CPUC Staff, to ensure safe, compliant, and cost effective project execution across the portfolio.• Provide executive level reporting and financial oversight, improving cost visibility and forecast accuracy while delivering clear insights on delivery performance, financial exposure, and schedule risk to the Company’s senior leadership, investment review committee, and financial council.
