Taking on my role as a Business Development Manager with TOC has allowed me to come full circle in my career in the Multi-Family housing industry! My background consisted of working on site as Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manger to Community Manager. Then I progressed to the vendor side for 7 years with IFR, helping the communities to coordinate furnished housing for short term residents. After that, I had the opportunity to work for PAA (Pennsylvania Apartment Association) as the Director of Education. That was a wonderful experience that I gained a lot from. Which ultimately, led me to the realization that I LOVE working with my fellow associates in the housing industry and I want to help them in a more direct way. As a Business Development Manager for TOC, I can appreciate what the needs are for flooring replacements. What works and what doesn\'t. Which products can catapult a community with a marketing edge and how to save money for the bottom line. I look forward to any opportunity to partner with you!

I have served many different roles throughout my work history and I feel that I exceeded expectations in each and every one of them. My background is a nice mix of administrative support, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, scheduling, training, customer service, sales and management. For the administrative tasks, I am able to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, work independently and meet deadlines! As for sales, I have a natural ability to connect with just about anyone. I am confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels. The customer can sense my sincerity while assisting them and they can tell that I believe in the product. The products just sell themselves at that point! Lastly, I have the right attitude while managing employees. They are all treated as equals and they are motivated to do a great job as a result of the appreciation that they are shown by management. Everyone needs to hear that from time to time!
