Koordination der IAPH (International Association of Ports and Harbors) Presidency des CEOs der HPA sowie der entsprechenden HPA-Aktivitäten- Pflege des Kommunikationsflusses zwischen den IAPH-Mitgliedern weltweit sowie Analyse und Beratung zu Strategien von Komitees, Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten- Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung- Pflege der Kommunikationsschnittstellen zu anderen Fachabteilungen der HPA sowie externen Stakeholdern- Vor- und Nachbereitung nationaler und internationaler Meetings und Veranstaltungen - Koordination internationaler Anfragen zu Terminen, Kooperationen und Besuchen- Unterstützung der Einheitsleitung beim Aufgabenmonitoring sowie die Initiierung der Entwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen- Coordination of the IAPH (International Association of Ports and Harbours) Presidency of the HPA CEO and related HPA activities - Maintaining the flow of communication between IAPH members worldwide and analysing and advising on the strategies of committees, working groups and projects - Preparing decision bases for management - Maintaining communication interfaces with other HPA departments and external stakeholders - Preparation and follow-up on national and international meetings and events - Coordinating international requests for appointments, cooperation and visits - Supporting unit management in task monitoring and initiating the development of business processes
