Manage the business operational set up processes and department structure of the Warm Homes and Commercial Division, to deliver a high quality service through Energy Efficiency Prigrammes and ECO Green Deal funded projects, tailored to maximise government backed funding through the major utility companies, for Local authorities and Social Housing Providers.• Establish relationships with all utilities to broker funding and framework agreements, resource and scoping through to delivery of projects in line with Ofgem compliance procedures.• Manage the renewal of the business PAS2030 Certification, including the training for directly employed staff to be DEA and GDA qualified and partnering relationships with a national Chartered Surveyor bodies. Carry out reporting of key deliverables, Risk analysis, operational internal processes and my communication strategies to be for end delivery, on a combination of construction projects within a major 5 year framework contract with the Metropolitan Police.
