About Marie Mouat

Co-Founder of Hello, Nanny!™, and nanny placement specialist spent fifteen years as a career nanny, and six years as placement and recruiting specialist. Marie had a desire to create a boutique nanny agency since she had an entrepreneurial heart and a passion for the profession. Marie was fortunate enough to have spent more than ten years with her first family. She formed a deep affinity and relationship with the family during her time there. Marie had her mom-boss, as a mentor over the years. Sadly, her mom-boss was diagnosed with terminal cancer six years into her tenure with them. Marie, along with the rest of her Nanny family, was devastated by the news. Her mom-boss went above being role model to Marie, she was a mentor over the years and someone Marie looked up to. Her legacy of tenacity and grace has influenced Marie’s desire to attain her goals and aspirations. Through that desire, Hello, Nanny!™ was born. Marie also has a nine-year-old daughter, Mia. Marie is well-versed in the expectations of both the family and the nanny. She also holds a certification in Early Childhood Development and has completed newborn care training. She is a master matchmaker who ensures that families and nannies are matched in the best possible way! Over the span of two decades, she has honed her skills. Her ambition is to continue successfully matching families, nannies, and, most importantly, their children in a safe and supportive work environment.
