Here\'s what I am- A motivated, proactive sourcing professional with an extensive track record of skillfully initiating new and efficient sourcing strategies that work both for cost savings and for my business partners- A leader with extensive experience in program management, problem solving, supplier management, communication, negotiating and relationship building- Adept in managing and directing multi-million dollar business operations with strong decision making skills that are based on data, but always take into account the collective climate.More importantly, here\'s what I am not- Always right. I know that my way of doing something isn\'t always the best way of doing something. We\'re stronger when we collaborate- Going take actions to only comfort instead of to solve. I believe that conflict and working towards an amicable resolution is a natural aspect of sourcing and procurement- Hold the attitude that things are black and white. Ambiguity is the often coin of the corporate realm. Whether its understanding data, processes, budgets, relationships - these things are often not straightforward or simple, but my goal is to consistently and successfully navigate them- Humorless. While I take what I do seriously, something funny happens everyday. Hopefully multiple times that day, so I try to take the time to appreciate it and laugh.
