Wolters Kluwer (currently Remote position) 11/2018-Current• Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects for all test activities to meet the client commitments in a fast paced agile environment• Involved in preparing QA effort estimation, staff planning and review of functional stories and using them to create test plans to provide full test coverage• Manages the delivery of improvement activities identified from lessons learned reviews • Implementation of QA processes to drive towards tighter alignment of IT projects to support business needs • Provide coaching and guidance to the team and ensure QA is cohesive and aligned towards the same goals• Coordinates the execution of automation tests to continually expand test coverage• Point of contact to solution defects from test team• Granted security access to various user roles to verify role permissions; analyze results and provide feedback
