As a jewellery designer, I enjoy the flow between the imaginative concept of the design and the practical reality of its making, and I believe in the importance of a rigorous follow up once production begins. I am fascinated in analysing and deconstructing long-established jewellery traditions in an attempt to bring a new contemporary regard to convention and craftsmanship. Always curious, my expertise and interests in this field are wide ranging: from the vintage to the contemporary, from the conceptual to the commercial, from Fine Jewellery to Costume and Accessories and from creating designs for women to those for men.
