Work directly with the business and technical units globally across the Commercial Team to provide legal and strategic advice; the Commercial Team is comprised of the Sales Team, the Marketing Team, the Public Relations and Social Media Team, the Brand Team, the Partnerships Team, the Retail Team, the Guest Insights Team, and the Analytics Team. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, other business units, team members, and subject matter experts within the legal team and across the company\'s global business operations to assess and communicate options and risks. Draft, review, and negotiate all manner of agreements for the Commercial Team, including but not limited to, marketing agreements, group event agreements, communication services agreements, software services and platform agreements, master services agreements and accompanying statements/scopes of work, media agreements, advertising insertion orders, licensing agreements, production agreements, influencer agreements, photography and video content agreements, and other vendor agreements.
