Responsible for producing/account management/business development: managing the details of each production, directly managing members of the production crew, and ensuring each project is completed on budget and on schedule. Additionally, executing monthly production sales in a senior producer role for various high profile clients. • Implementation of the production process and workflow; produce project proposals, as well as accurate schedules and budgets for each project workflow.• Project management/extensive knowledge of a wide range of creative services offerings such as: 3D animation, 2D motion graphic, and live action video production, 3D projection mapping experiences for live event executions, production of digital and print advertising, radio/voice over production, and various interactive and experiential projects.• Work closely with multiple creative and production teams to effectively manage the production department, overseeing quality assurance on all project deliverables.• Provide account management services, ensuring all needs are met during production with each existing client, while developing new relationships to grow the business.• Educate new and existing clients on various recommended product options that will best fit their organization, in efforts to achieve the best ROI for their company.• Responsibility ensuring all project technical requirements and final details are reached before delivery to broadcasters (Telecaster, Extreme Reach, Traffic Instructions, Clearance)
