In my current role with Racine Danish Kringles, I was fortunate enough to be able to spearhead a comprehensive market penetration campaign to expand the markets we operate in and quickly ascended to the #1 market share within the category segment. • Develop go-to-market strategy for new product offerings, leading to immediate and significant penetration. • Coordinate catalog production efforts, including vendor management, photography, and printing schedule. • Spur 20% YOY revenue gains by reinvigorating brand identity, developing custom gift line, and launching new markets. • Expand and manage website and social media platforms, writing SEO content and overseeing PPC campaigns while developing and revising website design, flow, and user experience – increasing social media followers by 1150%. • Contribute to seasonal and annual planning, identifying emerging trends and strategically engaging retail partners. • Establish and manage key sponsorships, including product placements, signage & displays, and corporate events.
