Drafting, analyzing, negotiating and executing market standard derivatives and other trading documentation (including ISDA, Futures and Options Agreements, Cleared Derivatives Addenda, MRA, MSFTA and other ancillary documents (in connection with derivatives products and securities lending between a broad range of PFI clients (including hedge funds, pension plans, mutual funds, corporate, trusts and insurance companies accounts) and various broker/dealers for the purpose of entering into a series of transactions. • Reviewing Investment Management Agreement and guidelines provisions to ensure that appropriate trading documentation can be executed for each client during client on boarding process. • Reviewing formation documents for capacity and authority of client (i.e. Trust Agreements, Prospectus, Partnership Agreements, Offering Memorandum, Memorandum and Articles of Association or other corporate governance documents).• Working closely with internal counsel, risk assessment, compliance, legal, credit, business units, operations, client services and trading counterparties.• Developing and maintaining procedures, policies and system tools including derivatives on boarding process which includes ensuring all Dodd-Frank related requirements have been met.• Coordinating with trading counterparties to navigate clients/funds through the credit review process, including responding to documentation and information requests from counterparties.
