As an HR leader and strategic business partner, with 14+ years of diverse expertise, I am known for directing complex teams, projects, and operational strategies to successful completion, influencing senior leaders and strategic business decisions. My strength is a diversified skill set across project management, sales, operations, and customer service. A diverse background helps me adapt quickly to new situations, assess challenges, and deliver HR solutions that improve both people and process performance. In my leadership roles, I championed organizational change, employee engagement expansion, and policy and procedure development. Working in 3 countries over the past 10 years, I fostered my ability to work effectively and collaboratively with both multinational and multidisciplinary teams and leaders to align HR functions with the corporate strategic plan. I have completed my EMBA and have certifications in both Human Resources (CRIA) and project management (PMP). At this point in my career, I\'m looking to leverage my education and diverse leadership expertise to support HR process and people performance in a Montreal-based company.
