Acts as the Kinesso privacy team champion working with other IPG Holding Company partners to drive initiatives and ensure privacy by design is part of the culture. • Interfaces with business partners across the organization, producing process and technical requirements for procedures and application development. • Develops and manages the Kinesso PIA processes, Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) and Individual Rights Request program to meet US State and Global requirements such as CCPA, CTDPA GDPR, and VCDPA. • Responsible for building, managing and communicating the Digital Responsibility (Privacy) framework as well as global and regional policies such as data sourcing, data classification, exceptions, and use cases. • Collaborate cross functionally to assess the risk and update organization practices based on the evolving privacy landscape including privacy laws, regulations, contractual obligations and industry best practices. This includes refining assessments to ensure industry specific requirements based on data source type such as lead generation and/or regulated industries including health care, finance, etc. • Partners with engineering to build and refine the use of OneTrust for PIAs and Data Subject Access Request. • Manage and coordinate the response to external privacy inquiries including individual rights requests (IRR and DSAR). • Developing metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the global privacy program. • Provides privacy guidance to ensure that privacy is built by design, into products, services, and processes. Serving as the point of contact to address privacy, operational and contractual issues with Legal, Engineering, Marketing teams and other stakeholders. • Identifies opportunities for improvement utilizing gap assessments and trends to develop strategies for ongoing monitoring. Creating process flows using Lucidchart to provide visual representation for clarity.
