I have a 25 year track record working in leadership development, and specialise in helping leaders and managers to thrive in challenging roles, supporting them to not only excel in their role, but to do so with less stress and more enjoyment.I am an Association for Coaching accredited executive and leadership coach with over hours of coaching experience, across a range of sectors, helping to support and grow leaders, especially as they transition into new roles, face new challenges, support teams through change, or realise they need to focus on their own stress levels and build resilience.I have been delivering coaching and mentoring skills training for more than 15 years’, including ILM and University accredited courses, as well as developing internal coaching and mentoring networks. In 2015 I won an Irish National Training Award for Excellence in Coaching, in recognition of my “outstanding contribution to coaching\". I am a trained Coach Supervisor and love working with new coaches, whether on a one to one basis, or through internal coaching pools.I have a Masters in Human Resource Management, focused on coaching in organisations, and certifications in NLP, MBTI, and Mindfulness.
