I am an HR leader who cares deeply about building workplaces that are fair, clear, and functional, not just well-intentioned. I partner with executives to navigate complex people challenges and to build the kind of structure that helps organizations scale without losing trust.My background spans nonprofit and technology environments, where I have focused on modernizing people practices, strengthening leadership capability, and building systems that bring consistency instead of confusion. Much of my work has involved modernizing outdated HR systems, strengthening performance and talent frameworks, and helping leaders bring more consistency and accountability to how they lead. I am especially drawn to organizations that are growing quickly or evolving and need thoughtful HR leadership rather than surface-level solutions.Those I work with describe me as calm under pressure, direct in communication, and thoughtful in judgment.
