Our mission at CX is to find, train and equip the best financial operators in the world and connect our people talent, tools, and experience to client accounting and finance teams. At CX, we work directly with each company\'s accounting team to help them solve their most pressing issues. From month-end close to financial reporting, we work hand in hand with each company to ensure they are able to: close their books on time, meet internal/external deadlines, and sleep easier knowing they have a team of CX professionals able to help when needed. At the same time, we are providing our team with amazing and varied experiences at companies large and small. We help our team members get the necessary training and experience to have fulfilling careers. We also provide our team members a deep bench of knowledge to tap into as they help solve accounting
