I am a global R&D leader with a background in analytical development, CMC and regulatory strategy, built across the full product lifecycle, from early development to commercial.Over the years, I have worked at the intersection of science, quality and strategy, leading cross-functional and cross-site initiatives to evolve R&D development capabilities in a pragmatic way. My current focus is on bringing predictive, data-driven and digital approaches into development, while keeping a strong emphasis on regulatory robustness and sound decision-making.My experience spans small molecules, RLTs and ADCs, with a strong exposure to early-phase development and risk-based strategies. I collaborate closely with R&D leadership teams, development teams as well as Quality and Regulatory functions, to support long-term R&D priorities, governance and capability building.At the core of my work is a strong focus on people: creating clarity, alignment and trust, enabling collaboration across teams and sites, and supporting individuals as they adopt new ways of working. I believe sustainable transformation only works when people are engaged, empowered and supported.
