Develop, lead, & deploy global Employer Reputation strategies & programs • Manage agency partners manage • Manage and deploy the EVP as well as the creation and management of the overall messaging map for general and targeted personas. • Lead, develop & engage the Employer Reputation community to ensure consistent delivery of EVP & creative deployment strategy. • Create and execute associate advocacy and communication initiatives that engage internal and external stakeholders to improve Mars’ reputation as an employer. • Develop and deploy innovative creative campaigns and processes that increase awareness & attractiveness of Mars’ Employer Reputation supporting the Employer Value Proposition
