I am an HR executive who is passionate about people and continually improving their professional experience. I have spent over 20 years developing organizations, leaders and talent of all levels as part of executive teams. I pride myself in not only continually expanding my human resource knowledge, but expanding my understanding of the inner workings of the organizations and people that I serve. My experience includes developing the overall HR strategy, talent acquisition strategy, organizational development and training, creating belonging, performance management, benefits and payroll oversight, compliance, immigration and policy development. I have worked in a variety of industries as an HR professional including social media, digital and full service advertising agencies, a SaaS (software as a service) start up and a non-profit. In other positions, I worked extensively with oil and gas, high-tech computer companies, healthcare and financial clients.
