ABOUT MARIE-BLANCHE BOTI LOU
I’m a Learning Technologies & Performance Systems student at Texas A&M University, passionate about designing learning experiences that make complex information clear, engaging, and impactful. Through my work as an Instructional Media Assistant at Skyepack and in Accessibility Remediation at Texas A&M, I’ve gained hands-on experience developing and improving digital learning content across LMS platforms. I focus on translating technical material into learner-friendly formats, improving accessibility, and enhancing the overall user experience. I’m especially interested in how technology shapes the way people learn and perform—from instructional design and learning systems to data, security, and the technical infrastructure that supports scalable, high-impact training. Alongside my work in learning technologies, I’ve developed a growing interest in IT and cybersecurity, particularly in how secure systems, data integrity, and user awareness intersect with effective learning and performance. I’m interested in exploring how technical knowledge can be translated into clear, practical training that helps individuals and organizations operate more securely and efficiently. I’m always open to opportunities where I can contribute, learn, and grow—especially in roles focused on instructional design, learning technologies, and tech-driven training environments.
