In psychodynamic practice the aim is to help you make sense of the existing situation and of the feelings and thoughts as well as the associated memories that are brought about by this situation. In psychodynamic counselling, these feelings, thoughts, images and even dreams can be analysed to gain deeper understanding of how you relate to yourself and to others. My role is to work along side you, and together begin to understand the unconscious processes felt and experienced to facilitate insight.
