I am an experienced manager from the management consulting industry. The core of my expertise sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. I am convinced that we must find creative solutions and technologies to address the challenges of aging populations. Passionate about optimization and problem solving, I seek to discover and share solutions, products or services that improve the quality of life of people with dementia.Prior to joining Eugeria, I worked for 7 years as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in a variety of sectors and geographies. I had a particular expertise in leading large transformations, building new departments and capturing cost savings opportunities. I have an MBA from the University of Oxford (UK), a Masters in Finance from MIT (USA) and a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montreal (Canada). I am fluent in English and French and have an advanced working knowledge of Spanish.
