ABOUT MARIE ADDO YEBOAH
My role within the People Team at Monzo encompasses process & coordination with a HR foundation.I started my career as a HR Generalist with a great focus on D&I training, facilitating discussions on implicit biases and their influence in the workplace. Prior to this, I recruited for talent in the innovation and design space after studying Psychology at Coventry University where I developed a passion for occupational psychology. I have also obtained my CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
