In my 20+ years in commercial roles in the UK wine industry, I have seen firsthand how investing in people\'s personal development helps create high-performing teams that deliver amazing commercial results in challenging circumstances. I spent more than half of my career in the wine trade managing sales teams, and became increasingly passionate about ways to support and unlock people\'s true potential. This led to a three-year leadership and coaching journey with the team at Naturally High Performance, based on the understanding of the Three Principles (Syd Banks). I now work as a transformational coach, combining my FMCG sales experience with tailored coaching programs that help individuals and businesses achieve their goals and operate with more freedom and less stress.
