Job Development & Employment Retention Services- Assist program participants in securing employment opportunities within the Landscape industry- Support participants in preparing for job interviews, developing resumes, and improving their job search skills- Act as a liaison between program participants and employers, facilitating the placement process and offering retention coaching and mediation services.Employer Engagement- Build and maintain relationships with employers in the Landscape and Horticulture industry - Represent the GROW & Apprenticeship Programs at industry events, networking functions, job fairs, and trade fairs-Provide case management services to employers.Program Promotion, Participant Recruitment, & Event Coordination-Plan and organize job fairs and bootcamps- Market job fairs to solicit and recruit job seekers and employers- Conduct program information sessions and industry-related workshops to community partners & job seekers-Provide assistance with participant intakes as needed, and provide answers and responses to potential employers and job seekers.Administration & Documentation-Ensure all program documentation and administration is complete and accurate, including participant and employer information.
