My experiences:Director of Partnerships and National Director of Outreach: I am highly skilled at building partnerships and relationships in the community through outreach, recruiting, and marketing. I help young adults and families achieve their path to success. Director/Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services: I trained staff and faculty on ADA, UDL, and reasonable accommodations. In addition to this, I managed a caseload of students with disabilities, provided reasonable accommodations based on ADA, Section 504/508 for online and campus students. I created policies and procedures for departments and worked collaboratively on campus wide initiatives and projects in creating awareness around diversity, equity, and inclusion. K-12:Also, I am highly skilled working in K-12 public schools and collaborating on systemic changes in urban districts.
