I have always been an ambitious creative thinking designer. Going through my Fashion Design career, I managed to design wearable products that helped people look and feel good. Now, as my experience progresses I focus on bringing empathetic and functional innovative digital products. I transitioned to UX because I get motivated by focusing on helping solve problems in user stories using different research methods, sketches, site maps, user flows, wireframes, and conducting usability testing. I’m passionate about helping iterate designs for saas and B2B products for a more connected, meaningful, and innovative experience. My well-rounded experience taught me to communicate the iterations and the product design to stakeholders with different team cultures, brands, users, and products in multiple industries. Strong qualities and credentials about myself start with how I create digital high-fidelity prototypes for both mobile and desktop devices that have products through SaaS, B2B, and e-commerce services. I conduct an analysis from informational interviews, surveys, and usability tests on real customers. I work great in a team and independently where I can self-start using multiple tools such as Figma, Sketch, Teams, Jira, Slack, Outlook, Mural, and Zoom. I am able to initiate and respond to problematic risks and strategies and communicate these mitigation processes to cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. I share ideas, pains and gains through Jira software and Outlook to analyze findings where I provide product release overviews and handoff to developers and/or operations to ensure ongoing support.
