Hola, it’s nice to meet you! Growing up in four countries exposed me to diverse cultures and backgrounds, fostering my open-mindedness toward learning, understanding, and connection, which I bring into every personal and professional interaction. At work, I thrive on wearing many hats to support others and nurture my curiosity for learning. Whether stepping in for colleagues on different teams, onboarding new team members, bridging gaps between cross-functional teams, visualizing complex data for executive decision-making, or easing candidates’ nerves before an interview, these are just some ways you’ll find me supporting individuals and teams! 🧠 My curiosity for learning has led me to tap into many fields in my career: talent acquisition, project management, business partnering, talent management, event planning, operations, and DEI. ‍ Outside of work, I’ve volunteered with local healthcare organizations and spearheaded operations for a 250+ attendee women’s entrepreneurship Summit. When I’m not diving into psychology books or podcasts, taking my Saturday volleyball events too seriously, or planning my next travel adventure, you can find me experimenting with new Spanish recipes to stay connected to my roots!
