Maria Prince is a board member and senior executive advisor with 25+ years of leadership across global operations, value chain risk, ESG and governance. She brings boards deep experience overseeing complex global value chains and enterprise risk, with a governance oriented approach grounded in fiduciary responsibility, strategic oversight and long-term value creation across public companies, private enterprises and mission-driven organizations.Her career spans Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Technology, Retail and Chemicals, where she has partnered with executive leadership and boards on strategy, risk oversight, sustainability integration and P&L stewardship. Maria has led global, cross-functional teams across North America, Europe and Asia, including China, India, Taiwan, Turkey, Thailand and Mexico.Maria serves on the Advisory Board for Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business Executive Education, advising on governance, enterprise and supply chain risk, sustainability, entrepreneurship and regularly engaging executive audiences on strategy and risk. She also serves as an advisor to the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, supporting global trade and economic resilience.Most recently, Maria served as Global Head of ESG and Supply Chain Risk at DuPont, leading ESG and supply chain risk strategy across more than 40 countries. Working through the global procurement organization and in partnership with cross-functional teams, her programs enabled initiatives contributing to a 39% reduction in Scope 3 emissions and supported expansion of renewable power adoption to approximately 60%. Her work included developing integrated risk frameworks across cybersecurity, financial, human rights, regulatory, supplier risk and streamlining ESG governance by integrating council oversight into the enterprise sustainability leadership model.Earlier in her career, Maria held senior leadership roles at Academy Sports & Outdoors, Sysco Foods, Zales Corporation, and Walmart, managing significant P&L portfolios and delivering material cost savings and growth, including leading strategic sourcing and sustainability initiatives at Walmart across global product categories.Maria previously served as an early executive and equity holder at Mindflow Technologies, contributing to business model development and advising the company through a successful exit.Maria is NACD-certified, a graduate of the Kearney Board Ready Program, and has been recognized as a 50/50 Women on Boards – Top 50 Woman to Watch for Board Service and World Sustainability Award finalist.
