Health and Wellness Coordinator at one of the largest plastic making companies in the country. I am in charge of over 500 workers to ensure they are ergonomically and safely performing daily tasks pain-free as well as injury free. My goal is to prevent injuries from occurring by promoting proper biomechanics in all they do by teaching them specific stretches/ strengthening exercises/ specific movements they can do while performing their daily tasks. Ive created 3 specific stretching/ strengthening rooms located at each location. I am their biggest cheerleader to motivate, educate, and innovate ways to keep the employees healthy as well as offer solutions to live a healthier lifestyle.
